{% if is_pt %}Na Terramay, o nosso trabalho começa com o solo. Em 560 hectares no Alentejo, a nossa missão é criar um ecossistema próspero onde um solo rico e vivo produza alimentos ricos em nutrientes — cuidando do ambiente e respeitando todos os animais ao nosso cuidado. Praticamos a agricultura regenerativa, permitindo que as frutas, os legumes, os cereais e as pastagens cresçam naturalmente: sem sementes geneticamente modificadas ou produtos químicos.
Mais de 80% dos ingredientes de cada caixa vêm directamente da nossa quinta. O resto é seleccionado com o mesmo cuidado, junto de produtores locais que partilham os nossos valores. Tudo isto feito com calma e muito amor no Alentejo.

Across 560 hectares in Alentejo, our mission is to create a thriving ecosystem where rich, living soil produces nutrient-dense food — caring for the environment and respecting every animal in our care. We practise regenerative agriculture, allowing fruits, vegetables, grains and pastures to grow naturally: no GMO seeds, no chemicals.
Over 80% of the ingredients in every box come directly from our farm. The rest is carefully sourced from local producers who share our values. All of it made with patience and a great deal of love in Alentejo.

Contamos também com a fauna do montado alentejano e o peixe do Alqueva.{% else %}Cows, pigs and chickens raised on organized free-range pasture, integrated into the balance of our 560 hectares — no antibiotics, deworming agents or synthetic products. We also rely on the wildlife of the Alentejo montado and fish from the Alqueva.{% endif %}

{% if is_pt %}Nasce da semente ao forno. Cereais ancestrais como o Trigo Barbela, Preto e Amarelo, cultivados por nós e moídos pelo nosso parceiro Paulino Horta. Na cozinha, transformamos o cereal em pães de massa-mãe que fermentam lentamente durante 72 horas.{% else %}Born from seed to oven. Ancestral grains such as Barbela, Black and Yellow wheat, grown by us and milled by our partner Paulino Horta. In the kitchen, we transform the grain into sourdough breads that ferment slowly for 72 hours.{% endif %}

{% if is_pt %}Os nossos pomares e agroflorestas produzem maravilhosas frutas e nozes ao longo do ano, e um azeite virgem de azeitona galega de qualidade superior. Já temos também vinha plantada, mas ainda vamos ter de esperar alguns anos.{% else %}Our orchards and agroforests produce wonderful fruits and nuts throughout the year, plus a superior-quality virgin olive oil from Galega olives. We've also planted a vineyard, though we'll still need to wait a few years for that.{% endif %}

{% endif %} {% if is_pt %}Anna, Thomas e David sonharam criar um sítio onde a terra fosse tratada com o mesmo cuidado que a comida que dela nasce — uma quinta onde regenerar o solo, alimentar pessoas e cuidar dos animais pudessem andar de mãos dadas. Desse sonho nasceu a Terramay, e do trabalho diário na quinta nasceu o Farm to Home.
