At Terramay | Farm to Home, we take great care in preparing fresh, high-quality meals for our customers. Due to the nature of our products and service, the following refund policy applies.


1. Fresh Food Policy (No General Right to Refund)

As our meals are freshly prepared food products, orders are generally non-refundable once they have been prepared or delivered, in accordance with applicable consumer law for perishable goods.


2. Issues With Your Order

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us as soon as possible:

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect items

  • Damaged or leaking jars upon delivery

  • Quality issues that do not meet reasonable expectations

To allow us to assist you properly, issues should be reported on the day of delivery or within 24 hours of receipt.

Where appropriate, and at our discretion, we may offer:

  • A replacement meal

  • A partial refund

  • A store credit to be used on a future order


3. Delivery Issues

Terramay is not responsible for issues resulting from:

  • Failure to be available during the selected delivery window

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

  • Failure to refrigerate meals immediately after delivery

In such cases, refunds may not be granted.


4. Subscription Cancellations & Pauses

  • Subscriptions may be paused or cancelled at any time, provided changes are made within the applicable cut-off times communicated on the website or by customer support.

  • Orders that have already entered preparation or delivery cannot be refunded.


5. Promotional Codes & Discounts

  • Promotional codes and discounts are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Discounts apply only under the conditions specified at the time of the promotion.

  • If an order is partially refunded, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price paid.


6. Jar-Related Matters

The refundable value of an order does not include the reusable glass jars, which remain the property of Terramay unless retained under the jar payment option described in our Terms of Service.
