Why do I need a subscription?
We work with a weekly subscription so that both you and our producers can enjoy the best possible planning. This way, we always buy ingredients fresh and in line with demand — avoiding food waste and ensuring fair prices.
And don’t worry: your subscription is completely flexible. You can pause or cancel anytime directly in your customer area.
What is the validity of meals?
Our dishes stay fresh in the fridge for up to 7 days after delivery — just be sure to place them in the fridge right away. Thanks to our cooking method and a gentle, natural pasteurization process — just like our grandmothers used to do — the meals stay fresh without any preservatives.
How do deliveries work?
As soon as your dishes are freshly prepared and carefully chilled, your Menu Box will be on its way. Our logistics partner Avenidas makes sure your delivery arrives safely and reliably.
To keep you informed, you’ll receive a tracking link by e-mail in advance so you can follow your delivery status at any time. Please make sure to accept the delivery by 21 p.m. at the latest and place the dishes in the fridge right away to maintain their freshness and quality.
What is the portion size?
Our dishes are designed to be filling and balanced. Each portion usually weighs at least 500 grams and provides you with a complete meal. And if your eyes are bigger than your stomach, that's no problem. Any leftovers can easily be stored and reheated the next day.
How can I heat meals?
Heating our dishes is as flexible as your kitchen equipment. Whether you prefer a pan, oven, steamer or microwave - we have the right instructions for every method.
Important: Always remove the Weck® Cap and rubber before heating.
Microwave: Heat the Weck® Glass at 600 watts for 3-4 minutes. Please always remove the Weck® Cap and rubber before heating.
Oven: Preheat the oven to 110 degrees Celsius. Remove the Weck® Cap and rubber and place the Weck® Glass in a ovenproof container with a little water (approx. 1-2 dl) Place the Glass and the container in the oven for approx. 30 minutes.
Steamer: Remove the Weck® Cap and rubber and use the regeneration function at 95 degrees Celsius and heat it for approx. 25 minutes.
Pan: Heat the pan to medium heat, add the food and heat it, stirring occasionally, until it is hot through and through. Reduce the heat if necessary to avoid burning and bon appétit!
