Withdrawal does not affect communications strictly necessary for service performance.


7. Reusable Glass Jars (Service-Specific Information)

Farm to Home meals are delivered in reusable glass jars owned by Terramay, as part of a sustainability-focused reuse system.

  • Managing the exchange of jars at each delivery

  • Organising jar returns by post or in person

  • Managing the €5 per jar fee if jars are not returned following cancellation or prolonged pause
