Why do I need a subscription?
We rely on a weekly subscription to give you and our producers the best possible planning. This means we can always buy the ingredients fresh and in line with demand, which avoids food waste and ensures fair prices. Don't worry: your subscription is flexible - you can pause or cancel it at any time, simply in the customer area.
What is the validity of meals?
Our dishes can be kept in the fridge for up to 7 days after delivery. Place them in the fridge immediately after receipt. Thanks to our special packaging with protective atmosphere and deoxygenation, the food stays fresh - without any preservatives.
How do deliveries work?
As soon as we have freshly prepared and carefully chilled your dishes, your Menu Box will be on its way to you. Our logistics partner Planzer ensures that your delivery arrives safely and reliably.
If you're not at home, that's no problem: Planzer has instructions to leave the parcel in a safe place on your doorstep. So that you always have an overview, you will receive a tracking link by e-mail in advance, which you can use to track the delivery status at any time, and it is important that you accept the delivery by 11 p.m. at the latest and put the dishes in the fridge to ensure their freshness and quality.
What is the portion size?
Our dishes are designed to be filling and balanced. Each portion usually weighs at least 400 grams and provides you with a complete meal. And if your eyes are bigger than your stomach, that's no problem. Any leftovers can easily be stored and reheated the next day.
How can I heat meals?
Heating our dishes is as flexible as your kitchen equipment. Whether you prefer a pan, oven, steamer or microwave - we have the right instructions for every method.
Important: Always remove the transparent bowls before heating, as these must be added separately to the dish.
Microwave: Prick the foil several times with a fork and heat the dish at 600 watts for 3-4 minutes. Please always remove the transparent bowls before heating.
Oven: Remove the transparent foil from the dish and preheat the oven to 110 degrees Celsius. Fill a small ovenproof container with a little water (approx. 1-2 dl) Place the dish and the container in the oven for approx. 30 minutes.
Steamer: Remove the transparent foil from the dish. Use the regeneration function at 95 degrees Celsius and heat it for approx. 25 minutes.
Pan: Heat the pan to medium heat, add the food and heat it, stirring occasionally, until it is hot through and through. Reduce the heat if necessary to avoid burning and bon appétit!
